Villa Laguna Description

Villa Laguna is set off a quiet lane in the exclusive Sea Caves area of Coral Bay. This ideal family villa is of typically Cypriot design with its delightful open rooms that are tastefully decorated to give this wonderful home a bright and airy feel. The villa is surrounded by large well-kept gardens peppered with beautiful flowers and a lovely fish pond. This is a wonderful destination for any holidays to Coral Bay, Cyprus, whether you are looking to relax or get active with some walking and cycling. It is only a couple of minutes or so drive from the beaches and resort centre or a 10 minute walk along quiet, country lanes.

The front entrance leads directly into a small hall, with cloakroom and WC, from where the spacious open-plan lounge/dining room runs almost the length of the house. There is a satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and Sony Playstation 2 for your enjoyment and there are ceiling fans for your added comfort. An attractive arch leads to the kitchen area, which is very well fitted and has dining table, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

An inner hall at the opposite end of the lounge leads to the three air-conditioned bedrooms. A pretty twin has views over the pool and has bathroom en-suite. The two remaining bedrooms are a twin and a double both with bathrooms en-suite and views to the garden.

All bedrooms are air conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside the pool and grounds extend to over half an acre. An attractive covered terrace runs the whole way around the rear of the villa and this is the perfect venue for dining in the shade whilst enjoying the extensive lawns and gardens and open aspect to the property. At the end of this terrace is the Jacuzzi hot tub set under a covered gazebo, just the place to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the magnificent Cypriot sunsets.

The superb 9 metre pool with surrounding terraces is set amongst spacious lawns, tropical plants and has shallow end for children. There is a host of excellent outside furniture, a brick built barbecue, outside shower and the whole area can be illuminated in the evening for those romantic meals al-fresco.
A really lovely choice from our villa rentals in Cyprus and comes highly recommended.

This was our second visit to Villa Laguna and it was every bit as good second time round. Any problems quickly resolved for example the kettle was broken but replaced in hours!
The owner is lovely and extremely helpful and friendly. We can't wait to return to the peace and tranquillity.
Great beach bar 10 minutes stroll away. Beautiful walking and jogging countryside. Paradise!!

Villa Stefanos Description

A very welcome addition to our Cyprus programme is Villa Stephanos. A stunning Coral Bay property that would not be out of place on the hillsides of Hollywood! It is the height of modern living and offers a high standard of fixtures and fittings throughout the property.

Villa Stephanos is reached along a very private, tree lined and spotlit driveway. It is tucked away on a very large plot and surrounded by Mandora and conifer trees and so offering complete privacy.

The entrance door leads into a large spacious hallway and off from here is the guest cloakroom and a small utility room with washing machine. Off from the hallway is the first of the three air-conditioned bedrooms, a twin with en-suite walk-in shower which has a frosted glass wall. Patio doors lead off from this bedroom onto a balcony overlooking the garden.

The spacious and airy kitchen/dining room is fitted with the most modern appliances including dishwasher and microwave. Large patio doors on two sides of the kitchen open onto the garden area and pool terraces for that outside dining.

An inner hallway leads into the most comfortably lounge which has satellite TV, DVD player and Sony Playstation 2 for your added enjoyment. Wireless internet is also available, please bring your own computer.

Stairs lead up to a galleried landing and two further bedrooms. There is a double bedded room with en-suite shower room with walk-in shower with frosted glass wall. This room opens onto a small balcony with overlooks the pool and gardens. The master bedroom has a full bathroom en-suite again with frosted glass wall and patio doors lead onto a small balcony which overlooks the orchards surrounding the grounds.

The freeform pool has steps into the corner of the pool, however the shallow end is 1.5 metres and has a deep area in the middle of the pool of 3 metres. To the side of the pool is a jacuzzi for you to relax in and enjoy as you take in the lovely sights and glorious sunshine.

The grounds of this Cyprus villa rental are most spacious indeed and provide both decked and terraced areas for sitting and dining outdoors and enjoying the peace and privacy that this beautiful villa provides. There is a canvas pergola for shade from the Cypriot sunshine and a brick built barbecue for poolside dining under the beautiful moonlit sky.
There are plenty of things to do in and around the area; try cycling and bird watching in the countryside or sailing and snorkelling in the sea.

This was our first villa holiday and what a fantastic choice we made. Cyprus was an amazing place and the villa matched every expectation we had.

On our arrival, the imposing front gates and driveway set the scene - the villa was clean, beautiful and the ultimate in luxury.

We were set in our own private orchards where we weren't overlooked. There was a restaurant a short walk up the road and the resort of Coral Bay was a short drive - perfect! My family and I loved the villa with it's lush, modern interior and fabulous pool, we were in it until 11pm some nights. It was great for the little ones as the kitchen and lounge both led straight to the pool area, so it was very safe with no steep steps down from the property and we had a great view of them when preparing meals, etc. The pool itself was lit, had a jacuzzi and Roman steps, which again are very child friendly!

The Villa select representative Linda was friendly and was there when we needed without invading our holiday.

A superb choice by us and we will visit again!

Superb Villa,in a private and relaxing location. Very large plot with an orchard of lemon trees,and close to all tavernas and restaurants in Coral Bay.The rep, Linda was always there when we needed her, which was not often.She was excellant. Can recommend the local restaurant in Peyia, NEOS, plus for a typical Cyprus evening taverna,then Yiannis in Kathikas is the place to go.
On the negative side,the superb gardens adjacent to the property,need a little T.L.C. Has the gardner gone on strike? When we left on the 6th October,the lawns around the pool were at least 1 foot high!and the shrubs were in urgent need of attention.That said we would certainly consider a return next year.

Villa Antigoni is part of a fabulous collection of bright and airy spacious bungalows, sister property to villas Panthea, Christiana and Anthea, each property is built on a plot of over 1500 square metres, offering complete peace and privacy. They are surrounded by high mature conifer trees and well maintained mature gardens, with pretty flower beds and ample grassed area for children to play. They all offer breath taking views of the coast line towards Sea Caves and St Georges Island and those unforgettable sunsets.

The fabulous collection are identical inside, the only difference is that both Anthea and Panthea are ideal for disabled guests as there are no steps.

Through a large arched front door you immediately enter a long entrance hall, off from here is the large, well furnished open plan lounge, which has Cypriot style seating and a comfortable suite. There is a Satellite TV, DVD player and WIFI to keep you amused during the midday heat. Patio doors run the full length along the lounge which lead out to the large terrace and pool.

Off from the lounge an arch way leads to the small well fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. There is also a dining area which has solid wood furniture. Patio doors also lead out to a furnished patio with brick built BBQ. A utility room is located just off the hallway and there is a washing machine for your added convenience.

From here are three bedrooms, the first two rooms are twin bedrooms which share a full family bathroom adjacent.

Finally the master double bedroom with dressing area and en-suite bathroom completes the accommodation. There are patio doors from the bedroom which lead out to a small balcony and direct access via steps down to the pool terrace.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added comfort.

Outside there is ample room for lazing in the sun around the 5 x 10(1-2.2M) swimming pool, and plenty of covered area offering shade from the sun.

Villa Sunset View is set in large, well stocked and colourful grounds and is located on a small residential cul-de-sac overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean. It is only a short walk to the nearest restaurant and a small supermarket, a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach and the more private coves of Sea Caves and only a 7 minute drive to Coral Bay beach and resort.

The open plan living area is laid out to ensure full appreciation of the sea views from indoors. The dining area is separated from the kitchen with a breakfast bar. Two sets of patio doors lead onto the terrace to the front and another set lead onto a rear patio furnished with a patio table and chairs. On this floor you will also find a guest bathroom.

Upstairs on the landing is a large sofa bed. The first of the villa's three bedrooms is a master double with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto a large covered balcony which is fully furnished with bamboo furniture. There are also two twin bedrooms which share the full family bathroom. One of these rooms also opens out onto the covered terrace.

The 10 metre pool is set within the mature gardens and this area is well furnished for dining and relaxing outdoors. There is a new outside barbecue kitchen with sink and outside fridge for keeping those poolside drinks cool. There is a thatched pergola for relaxed shaded outside dining.

This wonderful property form our range of villas and rentals in Cyprus is beautify constructed with large balconies and verandas opening up the home and creating a cool, relaxed ambience that will instantly engulf you melting away all the stress and worries of day to day life. Local bars and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and 6 minutes on foot will bring you to the nearest beach. Whether you want to lie on the soft sands or enjoy some cycling in the Cyprus countryside, this is the property for you.

The open plan lounge is on two levels, with patio doors leading to an arched terrace to both the front and side of the property. At the back of the lounge is the dining area and from here you access the kitchen with additional dining table and patio doors leading onto a terrace and the back garden. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Upstairs the large landing area has bamboo seating and patio doors leading onto a private balcony. Built and owned by the same family as our Taurus villa in Coral Bay, this wonderful holiday villa rental in Polis, Cyprus definitely matches if not exceeds the same high standards. Villa Andreas is very grand in every sense and is set on a small hillside above a village and boasts the most fantastic sea and mountain views. The shops and restaurants of Polis are only a 10 minute drive from the villa. This area is becoming very popular with the wealthy Cypriots as life here is much more relaxed and at a slower pace – a perfect place to enjoy any villa holidays to Polis, Cyprus. As you drive up from the coast road you pass many very fine houses and Andreas takes pride of place on a very large plot amongst some of the best. An unmade drive leads from the lane up to the parking area, which is situated in front of the property.

As you enter the villa you immediately realise that no expense has been spared with the tiling, fittings and furnishings in this gracious family home. The hall leads into an open plan enormous, air-conditioned lounge, which is most comfortably furnished with leather sofas and has satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and Sony PlayStation 2 for your added enjoyment. Large patio doors lead out to the railed off terrace and pool, ensuring total safety for small children.

The dining area has been beautifully furnished using local wood and has seating for ten. A feature archway then leads on into the well fitted kitchen, which boasts large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A breakfast bar divides the second dining area, which has patio doors to the pool terrace. Finally a guest cloakroom with WC leads from the kitchen for easy access during the day.

On this ground floor level an inner hall takes you to two of the villas 5 air conditioned bedrooms. The first is a twin with shower room en-suite, whilst the second is a pretty double with full bathroom en-suite and both rooms have patio doors to the garden and pool terrace. An attractive staircase then leads up to the first floor and the 3 remaining air conditioned bedrooms. The first of these is a twin with shower room en-suite, whilst bedroom 4 is also a twin, but has full bathroom en-suite and both of these rooms have patio doors onto the upstairs balcony and those wonderful sea views. The master double bedded room has walk-in wardrobes, small sitting area and full bathroom. Again this beautiful bedroom has patio doors to the balcony overlooking the pool and sea.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your added benefit.

Outside this villa has so much to offer our clients. Set amongst spacious, well-furnished sun terraces is the large 12 metre pool, which has Roman steps into a shallow end (1.1 metre) for children and is completely fenced off for safety. To the left of the pool is the sunken hot tub, a perfect venue for a glass of wine at sunset. You will also find a pool table under the covered pergola and finally a wonderful outside cooking area with built in sink and large barbecue for those meals al-fresco.

A superb villa boasting every facility for that perfect family holiday or for couples to share, and with its fantastic location there are plenty of opportunities to get active with some cycling and walking in the Cyprus countryside. Early booking is highly recommended.

Myself and my extended family were only the 2nd family to stay in this wonderful villa. There were 10 of us altogether. Wow, what a fantastic location,and a Beautiful Villa!! The villa exceeded all our expectations and more.

Not only was the villa great, so was the owner, John. He couldn't do enough for myself & family and we were made extremely welcome. We have taken our holidays with Villa Select for many years now, and they continue to find the best villas and locations all over the Med. We hope to return this year to the Villa Andreas.

Situated in the most breathtaking location high up on the hillside overlooking the sea and rolling landscape, the most gracious Villa Taurus offers peace and privacy, which is hard to find with many holiday villas for rent in Cyprus. The unspoilt village of Kissonerga with its excellent choice of local shops, supermarket and restaurants is just over a mile away. The livelier Coral Bay resort and beach is approximately 4 miles.

So what makes this villa so special? Firstly, the location; panoramic views as far as the Akamas peninsular to the front, pretty villages and mountains to the side and rear and mandarin groves all round. This villa is the perfect setting for those memorable Cyprus holidays.

Secondly the house itself; the tiled entrance leads into a spacious hallway with cloakroom and then extends into a comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with two sets of patio doors leading out onto the front terrace and pool area. There is a satellite TV (limited channels), DVD, CD player and Sony Play Station 2 for your added enjoyment. The beautifully fitted kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

An inner hall leads to the first of the bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, a double with TV and en-suite shower and WC. This has patio doors to the front terrace. The second bedroom on this level is a family room with king-size double and three quarter size bed, again with TV and this has full bathroom en-suite and patio doors to the front terrace.

Stairs lead to the first floor and three further bedrooms. The master double has TV, full bathroom en-suite, dressing area and patio doors to a balcony overlooking the pool and sea in the distance. Next is a twin with TV, shower and WC en-suite and patio doors to a small shared balcony. Finally the fifth bedroom is also a twin with TV, full bathroom en-suite and patio doors onto the shared balcony and a further balcony with mountain views.

The house is air-conditioned throughout for your added benefit.

Outside and to the front is the large 12 metre pool, which is set amongst glorious sun terraces. There is a shallow end for children and the pool is gated off for extra safety. An added feature to the terrace is the Jacuzzi hot tub and brick built barbecue. Imagine those incredible sunsets as you wine and dine overlooking the coastline or relax in the hot tub at midnight. A really special place for that great family holiday.

In the Sea Caves area, in a quiet, residential location, Villa Sea Caves offers beautifully stunning views out to sea and across to St Georges Island. The beach and resort of Coral Bay and its villas are less than 10 minutes’ drive from here. Gorgeously decorated in white, this wonderful Cyprus style villa rental boasts true luxury across every inch, from the classic, tasteful décor to the beautiful architecture.

From the main entrance of this family villa is an archway leading into the open plan lounge and dining area which opens through double patio doors on to the front poolside terrace. Another archway leads to the fully equipped kitchen which leads onto a patio area with brick built barbecue. Also on this level is a shower room.

Upstairs is the master double bedroom with en-suite and patio doors onto a shared balcony, a superb spot to sit and enjoy the sea views. A twin bedroom has access onto the same patio and shares a family bathroom with the other twin bedroom.

The 10 metre pool is to the front of the villa, a perfect place to sit with a book or glass of wine and enjoy the views to sea. The pool has steps into the shallow end and has a Jacuzzi end for relaxation.
Fancy some cycling or walking? Then take a short trip into the Cyprus countryside to find some spectacular views from the numerous trails and roads.

Located on a mountain top plateau, this gorgeous property offers complete peace and privacy with the most breathtaking views for your holidays in this beautiful region. For all those interested in bird watching, this is a fantastic spot at a magnificent vantage point in the Cyprus countryside so be sure to bring those binoculars as you are in for a treat.

The entrance hallway to villa Heaven opens into the lounge/dining area which has satellite TV, DVD player, music system and internet connection (please bring your own computer). The spacious open plan kitchen has granite worktops and microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.

An inner hallway leads to the three bedrooms, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedded rooms one having an en-suite shower room and a further shower room. Each of the bedrooms has handmade fitted wardrobes and coordinating furniture.

This traditional stone built villa is set in a quiet area amidst vineyards and orange groves, offering beautiful views across a wide river and distant hills.

The spacious, fully air-conditioned open-plan living/dining area is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and working fireplace and large dining table. The luxury kitchen with hand-made cabinets and granite work surfaces provides all modern conveniences including dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave.

Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor - one double with en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with an adjacent luxury bathroom featuring a jacuzzi corner bath.

Upstairs, the master double bedroom has a seperate dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite full bathroom. Patio doors open directly onto the large, furnished upper terrace from where you can admire the panoramic views over the citrus groves, vineyards and rolling countryside. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, en-suite shower room, and access to the upper terrace.

Outside, the large, private 10m x 5 m swimming pool with walk-in steps takes pride of place in the paved sun terrace. The pool can also be heated for a small charge. There is a lawned garden to the side, 8 sunbeds, ample umbrellas, and table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Reached via a flight of steps from the pool area is a separate games room/gymnasium, with a pool table and gym equipment.

Air-conditioning and central heating is fitted throughout the villa, including all bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen and the games room. The pool can also be heated during the cooler months.

Located only half a mile from Coral Bay, in a tropical location surrounded by a vineyard, banana and mandarin groves, Villa Marianne boasts views towards Coral Bay from its front terraces and towards the pretty village of Pegeia to the rear; excellently located holiday home, this is a wonderful destination for villa holidays in Cyprus. What a large impressive villa for rent this is with spacious terraces and garden areas – perfect for sitting back and relaxing - and a wonderful pool. This is a perfect location to relax in the countryside or try some scenic walking and cycling.

You reach the house up a short flight of steps to the main entrance. This in turn leads into a hall, which contains a rather grand curved marble staircase. To the left is the most comfortably furnished lounge with sofas and chairs, which looks onto the front of the property and to the right of the hall is the spacious dining area. In the big bay window is a further informal lounge, again most comfortably furnished with satellite TV (limited channels) DVD player, Sony Playstation 2 and CD player. The spacious breakfast/kitchen leads off from here and patio doors lead onto the front veranda and pool area. The kitchen is very well fitted and comes complete with dishwasher and microwave. An inner hall leads to the first of the bedrooms, a twin with en-suite shower room and picture windows to the rear. Next to this room is a handy cloakroom with WC.

The marble staircase leads up to the landing, which is light and airy due to the high domed ceiling and windows to all sides. Radiating from here is the master double bedroom, which boasts three picture windows and also has a balcony overlooking the pool with views towards Coral Bay and the sea. This bedroom has a good sized dressing area through which is reached the en-suite bathroom. Two pretty twin bedrooms and a full bathroom are also to be found on this level and finally the last twin bedroom has a small balcony to the rear and en-suite shower room.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

For your added convenience on this landing also there is a small laundry room with washing machine.

Outside the 10 metre rectangular pool is set amongst spacious terraces and is well furnished for living and relaxing outdoors. A brick built barbecue is situated by the rear of the kitchen for your added enjoyment.

Absolutely gorgeous. This was the first holiday abroad we had taken with the children, and we are going to book to return in 2011.

We were driving up to the entrance, looking at the villa, saying "is that ours"? it cant be!!
We drove up the drive, everybody elated, this was going to be ours for the week.
The villa itself surrounded by fields and trees, was very private, nobody over looking, the location was just lovely. Its huge inside, with enough bedrooms for us to choose from, everything clean and well maintained.
The children were in the pool within 20 mins of arriving, they loved the whole place, running around the garden looking for little lizards.

Another lovely touch was the welcome bag that was left for us consisting of ham, cheese, milk and loads of other stuff to help us settle in.
Its within walking distance from a supermarket, and the beach is about 10 - 20 mins walk. I would suggest to hire a car, as this enables you to go into the mountains and paphos which is 1/2 an hour away.

All in all it was a fanatstic experience and Villa Select were very helpful and friendly. Thankyou.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer is housed in the adjacent utility room and there is a dining table comfortably seating 8.
An inner hallway leads from the living area to the three bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and a master double bedroom. Each twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room with the master double bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom with a large picture window so you can relax in the tub enjoying a wonderfully calming view of the sea.

Each of the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air-conditioning units. With the added benefit of under-floor heating the villa can be enjoyed in comfort all year round.

Outside the 10 metre swimming pool has both walk-in steps and ladder access and is surrounded by a paved terraced furnished with sun beds and umbrellas and there is a comfortable wicker style seating area. The tall pine trees provide cool summer shade and the area is well furnished for outside dining and there are barbecue facilities provided to enjoy long lazy lunches or dine under the stars on clear summer nights.

Take a trip to the beach and lie in the soft sand or venture out to the Cyprus countryside and try some cycling, either way your holidays to Polis will be excellent when staying at villa Luxury In Nature.

Villa Tranquility is nestled amongst olive groves in the hillside village of Peristerona and offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the Evretou Dam. One of our finest villas in Latchi with its own pool, this beauty of a villa is the ideal destination if you wish to enjoy a relaxing weeks holiday in the gorgeous Cyprus sun or spend some time walking and exploring the enchanting countryside.
Peristerona is a picturesque hillside village, with a small grocery store, coffee shop and a church with the Byzantine Museum of Arsinoe, which can be reached within just a couple of minutes drive of the villa. The town of Polis, with its pedestrian square has a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes and is approximately a 10 minute drive away. The larger town of Paphos is approximately a 50 minute drive from here.

This spacious and traditional stone villa is decorated throughout in shades of cream, caramel and bronze giving this Cyprus villa for rent a warm and inviting feel.

The kitchen well equipped and comes complete with microwave and dishwasher and there is a utility room which houses the washing machine and fridge/freezer.

The villa has not one but two lounge areas, the first area is centred around a wood burning fireplace and has comfortable sofas for relaxing. The second lounge area has satellite TV, DVD player, internet connection (please bring your own computer) and CD player.

On this ground floor, is the first of the bedrooms, a pretty double which has doors opening onto the pool terrace. There is a separate full bathroom for this bedroom on this level also.

The curving staircase leads to the first floor where two further double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms are located. The first double bedroom features a four poster bed and has its own en-suite bathroom. The remaining double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom complete with Jacuzzi bath. The two twin bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room and one has a private balcony overlooking the pool.

The other twin bedroom shares a large balcony with one of the double bedrooms and the balcony spans the entire length of the villa and enjoys beautiful views over the rolling countryside.

Outside, the large 12 metre pool is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, a poolside shower and a portable barbecue. A large wooden pergola provides the perfect spot to escape from the hot midday sun or for shaded al-fresco dining whilst admiring the fabulous countryside views which extend across to the bay.
This beautiful property is the ideal destination for your villa holidays to Cyprus and comes well recommended.

Set on a hillside approximately 1.5 miles from Coral Bay, this is a most attractive and imposing house. Offering total peace and privacy and set amongst fruit trees, Villa Sunset boasts stunning views of the sea in the distance and enjoys the most memorable sunsets.

The three storey Cyprus villa for rent with its own pool has a most relaxing atmosphere and what a place to soak up the wonderful Cyprus sunshine in such attractive surroundings.

The gorgeous Cyprus villa is reached from an unmade lane off from the coastal road and there is ample parking plus a double garage for your added convenience. The front entrance leads to the lounge/dining room and is most comfortably furnished offering satellite TV (limited channels), DVD Player, Sony Playstation 2 and CD player. The whole house is beautifully tiled throughout and to the front of the lounge there is a bay window facing the sea boasting some truly superb views. Patio doors lead to the front and rear terraces and the open plan aspect of this living area, with its high vaulted ceiling, gives off a light airy feel to the villa.

Leading off from the dining area is the separate kitchen, which is fully fitted in oak and comes complete with dishwasher and microwave. There is a breakfast table and chairs together with a substantial fridge/freezer for your added convenience. A back door leads out from the kitchen to a rear terrace and pool area. There is a brick built barbecue and outside dining seating for your enjoyment.

At the side of the kitchen two steps lead down to a further narrow 'gallery' kitchen, which is fully fitted with cooker and can be used for all food preparation as well as the main cooking area. There is also a washing machine situated here. Further along the hallway is a lovely tiled shower room with WC. and vanity unit, followed by an air-conditioned small single bedroom with a window to the side.

From the lounge the impressive staircase leads up to a long balcony overlooking the lounge below. Off this level is to be found the air-conditioned master double bedroom with patio doors onto a private balcony. There is a dressing area followed by the en-suite shower room with WC. A large picture window makes the most of the villa's lovely views. The air-conditioned second double bedroom is also on this level. Next follows an air-conditioned pretty twin bedroom and a luxurious full bathroom separates these two bedrooms and comes complete with corner bath with shower, vanity unit and WC.

A further flight of stairs lead up to a pretty twin bedroom, suitable for children or teenagers and this has a small en-suite shower room with WC.

Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms for your added benefit.

Outside superbly positioned amongst the villa's extensive lawns is the 8.5m x 4.5m private pool. There are spacious stone terraces with plenty of sunbeds and a wooden outside dining table and chairs providing the perfect area to sit back, enjoy a meal outdoors and watch the beautiful sunsets. This is the ideal home for all holidays, be it walking and cycling or relaxing that you are looking to do.

As the last part of the private road is quite steep, a group C vehicle (not automatic) or above is recommended.

Villa Coral Sunset is a bright and airy house located in the popular, but quiet Sea Caves area, a short drive from a few of our other villas in the resort of Coral Bay, Cyprus. This traditionally styled villa enjoys wonderful views over the Cyprus countryside and provides the ideal base to enjoy a wonderfully relaxing holiday in Coral Bay. There is a local taverna serving tasty traditional dishes within a 5 minute walk from this villa rental.

The entrance leads into a comfortably furnished open plan lounge, with a central feature fireplace and patio doors onto the pool terrace. From the open plan kitchen/dining area is the barbecue patio furnished with a teak table and chairs which is an ideal area for outside dining.

On the ground floor is a large twin bedroom with shower room adjacent. Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite and patio doors lead onto a balcony with amazing views of the sea and St Georges Island. Nearby is a second large twin bedroom with en-suite.

To the front of the villa and within the mature gardens, is the 8 metre pool. There is ample space for sunbathing and a pergola provides a lovely shady retreat.

Whether you are looking to go cycling or just sit back and relax by the pool, this is a fantastic choice from our villa rentals in Cyprus.

Villa Estepona is a luxurious stand alone designer detached villa set in its own grounds with a beautiful mountain backdrop, and the most unbelievable sea views, perfect for a romantic retreat or quiet family break. The open plan arrangement downstairs includes a large sitting room, leading into a stylish TV area, dining room and kitchen making the villa a wonderful place to spend time with friends and family.

With stunning sea views from the properties surrounding sun terrace and balconies, this is a perfect escape, situated close to amenities but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of busy tourist towns.

The villa has been stylishly decorated and furnished to a very high standard and has air-conditioning/ heating throughout for your comfort. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, with ample space and storage and three bathrooms for convenience. The open plan arrangement downstairs includes a large sitting room, leading into a stylish TV area, dining room and kitchen making the villa a wonderful place to spend time with friends and family.

There is a large swimming pool 10m x 5m (1m to 2m depth) with surrounding patio including sun loungers and charcoal barbeque, allowing for family alfresco dining. There is a sun terrace accessible from the entrance lounge which has outside dining for 6 and additional sun loungers. Facing south and west the Villa is an excellent place to capture the stunning Cyprus sunsets.

The garden itself is also beautifully maintained, with local pots, Mediterranean shrubs and trees and a herb garden. Peaches, oranges, mandarins, limes and lemons all grow within the villa’s gardens and guests are encouraged to help themselves to the produce when in season. There is a long private drive leading to a covered carport.

Villa Estepona is only 1.5km (10-15 minute walk) from Tala village where you'll find a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants, a perfect place to relax for an evening meal or with a drink with impressive views over Paphos region and to the sea.

Our resorts:

Coral Bay
Coral Bay boasts the best beach in the area and is a mini resort in itself. It is just a 15 minute drive from Paphos and close to the Akamas National Park. The resort itself has grown around the Coral Bay Beach, this is one of the longest and finest stretches of golden sand in the area. This is an ideal resort for the young, elderly and families, with something for all. You will find a number of concerts on the beach, both classical and popular music and these are always an attraction. In high season Coral Bay offers watersports, and a variety of beachside tavernas and evening nightlife.

Peyia
The village of Peyia is set 3 miles inland from the coast in the hills, and is a fast expanding village. Although there is much development, Peyia is still full of local atmosphere and retains that "old fashioned feel" and offers several coffee shops, supermarkets and numerous tavernas catering for all tastes at very reasonable prices.

Akamas National Park & St Georges
The Akamas Peninsular National Park is a protected area on the far western tip of Cyprus. The landscape is spectacular and beauty abounds from every corner. It is a place for walking, off road driving and where natural unspoilt beaches are to be found. At the entrance to the park is the quaint unspoilt fishing hamlet of St George. This boasts a rather splendid taverna overlooking the sea and a couple of small hotels. Possibly the most picturesque corner of Cyprus and simply one not to be missed.
