Villa Nefeli is built on two levels. It has three bedrooms and can host up to six individuals. On the ground floor there is a lounge with fireplace, a dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom, with two single beds, has direct access to the private swimming-pool and the garden. The wooden stairs lead to the first floor of the villa, where there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite wc bath, and also a décor, with details that lend them particular colour and atmosphere. The high aesthetics is also reflected on the exterior premises of the villa, in the swimming-pool, in the lush garden with the olive trees, the bougainvilleas and other fruit-bearing trees, where you will offer yourself moments of relaxation.

Description
The Black Pearl Residence is the “One and Only” of its kind in all of Greece and is one of the most luxurious and exclusive villas in the Mediterranean, the construction of which was completed in June 2007. When entering through the outdoor gate surrounded by fountains one finds oneself at the private premises of this unique villa. Walking down the path bordered by running waters towards the main entrance, you will discover a human-sized olive tree sculpture as well as the magnificently designed rooftop made solely out of stone, perfectly blending with the surrounding environment.

Once you reach the main entrance of the residence you cross over a bridge located on top of a water pond and you enter into a magical foyer which opens up in front of your eyes to the majestic views of the sea, the two private indoor and outdoor temperature-controlled pools with their sitting area, the private living room with piano, and fireplace and the separate dining room connected to the villa’s private kitchen for the absolute privacy of the guests.

Master Bedroom:
This “Golden” Master Bedroom is decorated with golden furniture from the Italian Boffi Collection and of beige marbles with brown curtains covered with Swarovski crystals. It provides its own dressing room, a private deck with Jacuzzi, direct access to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, its own large bathroom in beige marble equipped with Jacuzzi and shower and a separate spacious WC From the bathroom one can overlook the surrounding gardens and the ancient Greek ruins.

2nd Bedroom:
This “Absolute White” Bedroom is of white colouring with beige/brown curtains with stripes and offers an in-room luxurious bathroom with shower, WC and basins and a Jacuzzi in front of the bed which overlooks the pond and the garden.

Grand Living Room
This spacious and luxurious living room opens up upon entrance to the villa and features a unique settee, a black/brown Schumann Piano, brown velvet furniture, beige curtains covered with Swarovski crystals and a unique Chinese statue next to the fireplace. The living room also features a private indoor swimming pool with fibre optics lightning which changes colours, an in-pool water bike and a separate WC for guests. The unique aspect of this living room is that guests have direct access to the private deck and garden of the villa and can enjoy the endless Aegean views from each and every corner and angle.

Private Fitness Area:
This private area features a gym with work-out machines, an exclusive Hamam with dark blue mosaic tiles, a massage bed offering captivating sea views and a separate shower room. The fitness area offers direct access to the villa’s gardens.

Private Decks
The villa features a surrounding wooden deck located next to the living rooms with outdoors dinning area and sun beds. The other deck of the villa is located directly on the sea and has two levels, one with dinning area and the other with sun beds. These three private wooden decks constitute an ideal location for relaxation, meditation, private training, beauty treatment, receptions, private dining and cocktails for special occasions and parties and can accommodate more than 80 guests.

Along with the beautiful beach, you can enjoy the luxury of the villa's 35m2 private swimming-pool, enjoy relaxation on the comfortable couches and sun-beds and feel unique moments of serenity and exclusivity. The villa is part of a complex, which is located in Koutouloufari and can accommodate up to 6 persons.

The interior of the ground level (pool area level) consists of a spacious sitting room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. In the exterior of the ground level, there is the pool and the pool area, as well as gardens and flower-beds. An outside dining area can also be found on the ground level.

The interior of the upper level (parking area level) consists of a twin bedroom, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower cabin, which is accessible by both bedrooms. On the exterior of the upper level, there is a spacious terrace, flower-beds and a large parking area.

The villa reflects the local architecture of the region however equipped with modern amenities which harmonize perfectly with the tradition of the countryside. Its convenient location allows you easy access to all the attractions of the two prefectures and beautiful beaches.

Villa Querini is located in Alikampos village at the foot of mountain Lefka Ori (310m high). Chania is 40 kilometres away Chania to Sfakia and 28 km from the city of Rethymno. It is just 8 km from the sea and the seaside village of Georgioupolis. The village of Vrisses is 3 kilometres away and one can find a pharmacy, supermarket and tavernas.

On the ground floor there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a large bath. Villa Theokleia is enclosed by stone walls and green fences.

Here you can enjoy moments of peace and relaxation in the pretty corners of the villa, or uplifting moments as you muse on the high, spacious balcony with its wonderful view over the mountains and the sea. You can also cool off in your private swimming pool whenever you like.

The villa covers an area of 150 m2, set out on two levels.

A spacious sitting room with a view of the sea, the islet of Mohlos and the beautiful surrounding scenery. The sitting room is decorated in light colours and the furniture is inspired by the Cretan traditional style.

Opening on from the south side of the sitting room is the kitchenette, in the same cheerful colours, fully equipped.

Two bedrooms, with its own WC, and a larger room with a sea view and access to the veranda.

Bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, marble surfaces and all the necessary accessories.

Veranda with a wonderful view of the sea, the small green valley of Mohlos, the surrounding hills and the mountains.

The villa is independent, ensuring full privacy with its own surrounding area, its own verandas, patios and greenery, its own swimming pool and its own parking spaces.
