Ricci is a beautiful recently built home located at a charming little fishing village, with a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea. This traditional four-bedroom villa was built largely out of the local Sinies stone, which also makes an attractive appearance in the living areas inside. Approached through a fenced garden with olive trees and aromatic Mediterranean shrubs and quietly situated amidst olive groves, the residence opens to a spacious and fully furnished pool terrace, with shaded lounge, dining areas and a swimming pool overlooking the olive grove and the Ionian Sea.

The interior is traditional with a romantic attitude, with stone and wood dominating the décor. The bedrooms are bright and cozy with cutting-edge bathrooms, while the stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities. The outdoor area follows the same traditional mood utilizing natural materials to create an earthy, provincial setting.

The guests will also have the luxury to enjoy local delicacies, sweet fruit preserves and homemade marmalades all prepared by the owner using organic products from her gardens.

Villa Paramonas is a large (230 square meter) single-family holiday villa having 2 levels located close to the sea with a private swimming pool and an attached garage . It is not part of a townhouse, condominium or apartment complex nor does it share a common wall with another house. The 2 levels are a penthouse bedroom level, the bedroom level with three bedrooms, one master bedroom with an open Jacuzzi and direct sea view + extra WC and shower ,one second master double bedroom with a balcony and a WC/Jacuzzi bathroom and finally 1 single bedrooms with balcony and sea view. On the first level there’s a single double bedroom , WC/Bathroom, kitchen area, dining-room, open living room, office corner, veranda with sea view . For your communication services we offer a telephone line (local calls only) and free internet access via Lan or Wi-Fi access since all villa’s area is covered by wi-fi access. Our villa is also equipped with Satellite TV set, Playstation, and BBQ (barbeque) corner. All of our verandas have fully sea view at the of Paramonas Corfu. Nearby there’s a separate fully luxury new suite “Honeymoon Suite” equipped with double king size bed, an open Jacuzzi, private WC/Bathroom, satellite TV, home cinema, air conditioning unit, and a large private veranda.

The house is nested in a hillside and each level except the penthouse bedroom has direct ground level access. We only rent to one group at a time.

This exclusive six-bedroom villa of modern architecture, incorporate with natural materials as part of the decoration and furnishings. The interior is spacious and equipped with all modern amenities. The sunny living room displays a blend of epochs; materials and styles while the bedrooms are decorated in soothing tones with vivid splashes of color.

Chic design and exceptional comfort extend to the outdoor areas, where a stylish shaded dining area overlooks the swimming pool and terraces with sofas and sun beds enable the guests to relax under or out of the sun. The guests will also have the luxury to enjoy freshly cooked meals, local delicacies, traditional dishes, sweet fruit preserves and homemade marmalades all cooked by the owner using organic products from her gardens. Set amidst a gracious landscape of rolling lawn and beautiful flowering gardens, villa Dante is an old mansion that was built in the early 1900s and has been carefully restored to maintain the grandeur of the bygone days. The pebbled courtyard features a large swimming pool surrounded by untouched buildings, such as the old stables, which accentuate the romantic quality of former glory. True to the Italian architecture that influenced old Corfiot homes, the seven bedroom mansion was built in four levels, including a semi-basement with small windows that let the sunlight in. The interior is classic and sophisticated, with high ceilings, French windows and a soothing palette of pastel colors.

The main entrance opens to a spacious, warm living room with wooden floorings and classic furnishings. The walls have been painted pale yellow to reflect the sunlight that pierces in through the French windows. Furniture made of dark-colored polished wood and golden framed artworks that decorate the walls highlight the air of sophistication and old aristocracy that is eminent all around the mansion.

The spacious, English country style kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooking. The bedrooms are of various sizes, scattered throughout the upper and lower levels. A stylish and contemporary house clinging to the hillside behind ever popular St Stephano. Mariella is an unusual villa built in a modern style with grey stone and white walls, reminiscent of the cuboids whitewashed houses of the Aegean.
Offering lovely views over the olive-clad hillside down to the harbour below, the villa has varied outside areas enabling you to enjoy sun or shade at different times of the day. The wooden pool deck houses a heated Jacuzzi and the beach slope of the main pool comes right up to the living room patio doors. Extremely comfortable terrace furniture provides the perfect spot for an early evening drink.

Villa Vito is situated in the eastern part of Corfu, in the Dasia area, at a distance of 12 kilometres from Corfu Town.
Two identical buildings, fully autonomous and at a distance from each other designed to preserve the privacy of residents. They are located on a seaside plot of land facing the beach and each villa has its own private pool and exclusive use of an outdoor area of 2000m2.
Each villa has two floors and a total area of 140m2, with the capacity to sleep 6 persons in three bedrooms.

Layout
All interior areas are air-conditioned using the fan coil type heating-cooling system and there is also a central heating system.
On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with fireplace.
The kitchen has fitted appliances including dishwasher and microwave oven, as well as an espresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything else necessary for a comfortable stay.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. Glass doors, with a width of 2.5m2, open directly onto the garden and pool area. There is also a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine, linen closet, ironing facilities and vacuum cleaner.
On the first floor there are the other two bedrooms. The first has two single beds which may be joined to make a double, a bathroom and private balcony, whilst the second has a double bed, its own en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a sea view, as well as a balcony with seating area. All bedrooms have a sea view.
There are LCD TVs in all the bedrooms as well as in the living room which is also equipped with DVD Home-Cinema and satellite receiver.

The villa is located in the borders of an old Venetian village which is 17km from Corfu town and it's airport. By just standing at the veranda you can spot the beautiful landscape and the sea which is only 1.5 km away. Melolia is in the northeast of Corfu, which happens to be the most beautiful part of the whole island. Alongside the coast you can find breathtaking beaches which offer you great nightlife and boat rental. The positioning of the villa is ideal not only because of the beach nearby but also because it is located between town and countryside which enables great sightseeing. The health care centre is only 2.4km away. There are only 200 meters separating the house from an old Byzantine church with beautiful fresco's. The house and its surroundings create a big deal of outdoor activities including hiking, walking and mountain biking. The beach nearby offers water sports of all kind, even paragliding. Finally the house has a gorgeous view to the northeast. Private access road.

Villa Eloisa Description

(This is a request only villa)
Eloisa has been inspired by the Mexican adobe style with deep colours and imaginative decoration making this an ideal choice for a group of adults or a family with older children.
The garden offers a lovely outside dining and barbecue area under the shade of the olive trees - placed to fully enjoy the stunning views over the harbour and across the straits to Albania.

The accommodation is arranged in the shape of the Greek 'pi' with two bedroom wings with outside access on either side of the lovely mosaic-tiled swimming pool with Jacuzzi overflowing into it.

A wonderful covered terrace borders this Jacuzzi, curtained and with supremely comfortable lounging furniture this is the ideal spot for totally indolent relaxation!!
The lower level offers a fully equipped Spa, including a sauna, where private health and beauty treatments (bookable locally) can be taken in a muted, relaxing atmosphere with window looking into the swimming pool.

Hacienda is within close proximity to both Pierre de Lune and Tatiana making them suitable for large groups holidaying together.

Layout
Open plan living/dining/kitchen leading to covered terrace overlooking the pool.
Steps lead down to the two outside bedroom suites (one with twin beds, the other with a double bed) and en suite shower rooms and separate WC (each suite has a small fridge).
First floor reached by stairs from the living area lead to Master Suite with a double bed with en suite bathroom and separate WC.
A further smaller study/bedroom room with double sofa bed (also having access to the bathroom) would be ideal for one or two children.
Twin bedroom with swimming pool window (suitable for teenagers or staff) is available on request at an extra charge.

The Spa features a shower room, separate WC, sauna, Turkish steam cabinet, small gym area with exercise bike, body toner machine, stepper and weights and massage bed.

The sandy beach of Agios Gordios is also another popular hotspot in Corfu, it is surrounded by impressive rock formations and greenery.

Nissaki is among the most beautiful beaches with soft sand, amazing Ionian blue water and rock formations.
