How to Book your Holiday

Right, you've checked availability on our website, first step is to call our office for us to hold the property for you. We're here to help you Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm and Saturday 09.30am-1pm. Outside of these hours, please use our contact form however, by using the contact form your booking is not confirmed until you hear back from us with confirmation. We can also arrange flight seats for your booking and car hire too and we are always happy to give you a quote.

Ready to book? Great but the boring bit comes first - please read through our booking information and terms and conditions before confirming, we know you don't want to do it but it really is necessary! All the information you require is here, however, anything you need to know just ask our friendly staff.

Our booking form can be downloaded here Booking Form in PDF format (PDF format), please print it off and return it back to our office. This must be received within 7 days of your verbal confirmation, our properties are in high demand and may be released back on sale if your confirmation booking form and deposit is not received within this time.

How much do I pay? The villa deposit of 25% of the total rental is payable at the time of booking (or the full amount if booking within 10 weeks of departure). When we arrange your flight seats, a minimum deposit of £85 per person is payable. Please ensure that, at the time of booking, you have fully comprehensive insurance cover arranged for all passengers.

That's all you need to do! We will then forward onto you our confirmation invoice giving you details of your holiday as booked.


All our prices are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person. Prices include the villa rental, electricity, gas and water charges, swimming pool maintenance, maid service (as stated), bed linen, towels and pool towels for your use during your stay, a welcome hamper (complimentary on brochure price holidays) and the services of our resident representatives are also included in the villa price. Your accommodation will be available for your occupation after 4pm and will need to be vacated at 10am on your day of departure.

Credit Card Surcharge

A 2.5% charge applies to payments made by credit or charge card. Payments made by debit cards e.g. Maestro(Switch) or Visa Debit do not incur this charge.
