Villa Casa Ohana Description

This luxury Majorca villa stands in a most exclusive residential area and close to the centre of the resort of Cala D'Or. It is located next door to Villa Margarita and is furnished to the same very high standard and the beaches, shops, restaurants and nightlife are just a couple minutes stroll away, as is the exclusive marina with yet more eating places and some fantastic spots for sailing in Majorca.

Inside, Villa Casa Ohana is a very modern design and boasts high quality furniture and fittings, not normally associated with the villa rental market. The entrance hall leads into a comfortably furnished air-conditioned lounge which has open feature fireplace, flat screen digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player. Large patio doors open out onto the pergola covered terrace and pool area just designed for dining outdoors. The beautifully fitted open plan kitchen/dining area has stainless steel fittings, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Patio doors open out from the dining area onto the pool terrace.

Leading off from the stylish entrance hall is a second smaller lounge/study with sofa bed (makes up to a double) and can be used for children or a teenager, however, as there is no wardrobe/drawer space. There is a cloakroom with WC adjacent to this bedroom.

Stairs lead up from the main lounge to the galleried landing and to three air-conditioned bedrooms.

The master double bedroom has modern four-poster bed, patio doors overlooking the pool and shower room en-suite. Two air-conditioned twin bedded rooms (one with sleigh beds) are furnished in a most attractive design and these two rooms share an adjacent full bathroom.

As with the rest of this Cala D’or beach villa, the furniture and fabrics in all of the bedrooms are of the highest quality and each boasts beautiful wooden flooring.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your added benefit.

Outside the 8 metre pool with corner steps into a shallow end for children sits amongst sun terraces which are well furnished with loungers for those lazy days in the sun. To one side of the pool is a nicely laid out lawned area with trees and shrubs. Under the pergola terrace overlooking the pool is an outside dining table and brick built barbecue for those meals al fresco.

A lovely stylish family villa so close to all the amenities of Cala D'Or, it is ideal for anyone looking for luxury villas in Cala D’or, Majorca and do not wish to hire a car on holiday. We stayed at villa Ohana 11.06.2011 - 25.06.2011. The villa is very well presented and in a very sunny position. The location couldn't be better. It's just a short walk to the beach, the marina, resturants and shops. The villa may look pricey but we found it was definately worth it. We visited a quaint hotel bar called Fowlers, the cocktails were most enjoyable and the staff really extremely friendly. Would recomend it.

Villa Alicia Description

A smaller sister villa to our C'an Terrassa and owned by the same imaginative family, we have watched this lovely house grow from its simple foundations to the prestigious Villa Alicia it has now become. Knowing both the architect and the owners as we do, we just knew that no expense would be spared in the construction, fittings and furnishings and we are delighted to be able to offer this fabulous villa in Cala D’or, Majorca.

Built on a corner plot in a residential area in the centre of Cala D'or and no more than a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian areas and nearby beaches or to the stylish marina, where yet more bars and restaurants abound.

The front door is reached via a gated entrance and into a most attractively designed small hallway. At once you just have to be impressed by the fine tiling, woodwork and general ambiance of this lovely new property. To the right is a cloakroom with WC and then down two steps is the most attractive and comfortably furnished spacious lounge/dining room, which has a glass fronted feature wood burning fireplace, digital satellite TV (limited English channels, however does have BBC 1,2 ITV 1, 2 and Sky news) and DVD. The lounge area is air-conditioned for comfort and patio doors lead from here onto the well-furnished terrace overlooking the pool. The beautifully fitted kitchen is to the left of the hallway and comes complete with dishwasher, microwave and breakfast area. There is also a washing machine located in the utility for your added convenience.

An attractive marble staircase then leads up from the hall to three air-conditioned bedrooms on the first floor. There are two pretty twin bedded rooms, one having an extra bed suitable for a child or teenager and each bedroom has a shower with WC en-suite and patio doors to the terrace, which extends around two sides of the property. The delightful master bedroom, with king-size bed, has a full en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit and once again patio doors lead out onto the upstairs terrace with views over the pool.

All bedrooms and the lounge are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside the superb 9 metre swimming pool sits in front of spacious well-furnished terraces and has steps leading into a shallow end for children. The pool is linked to a series of solar panels, which will raise the temperature of the pool in high season and hopefully take the chill off in May, June and September. The pool is not covered however and therefore cannot be considered heated in the true sense of the word. The villa is also southwest facing and therefore catches the sun on its pool and terraces until late in the evening.

Finally there is a brick built barbecue, which is located conveniently for the kitchen and terraces for those meals al-fresco by the pool.

A fantastic family villa for those clients looking for the very best in villa accommodation when planning their holidays in Cala D’or. Within a few minutes’ walk of all the amenities that Cala D'or has to offer, there are a huge range of opportunities available to you for example some fantastic sailing or scenic walking in Majorca. This is one of the most superb luxury villas in Majorca and early booking is highly recommended.

Villa Alicia is ideally located for the amentities
of Cala D'Or and is a short walk from the shops, marina, town and beaches of the resort.
A car is definitely not necessary unless you want to venture further away.
The villa itself is well equiped and comfortable and everything worked well. The maid service was excellent and the villa received a good clean on two occasions during our week long stay.
We did find the pool a little cold for all but the hardy amongst us but this was probably because it was late September and there had apparently been some cool nights and wet days before we arrived. Altogether an enjoyable experience and we would recommend the villa for larger parties.

Managing director's choice - why not call and speak to our managing director Carl for more information, as he has enjoyed his own personal holiday at villa Casa Marions.

Villa Casa Marions is located in a quiet residential area of high quality properties and in fact the closest of all our properties to the centre of the resort. Situated just behind our immensely popular Casa Belmonte, the shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques and nightlife are just a three minute stroll, whilst two sandy beaches are less than a five minute walk away.

Reached over a short lawned garden from the gated entrance and the front door opens into a very large lounge/dining room which is most comfortably furnished and has satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player. Patio doors open out on one side to the gardens and pool whilst on the other corner they open onto the terrace. The kitchen is nicely fitted and has dishwasher and microwave and a washing machine is located in the adjacent utility.

On the ground floor are three of the villas four air-conditioned bedrooms. The first of these is a pretty twin and this has a cloakroom with WC adjacent whilst the second twin has the family bathroom adjacent, which services both of these bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an attractive shower room with WC en-suite.

Outside steps lead up from the rear terrace to the fourth bedroom. This is a separate attractively furnished, air-conditioned studio made up of twin beds, full bathroom en-suite and patio doors onto a large roof terrace for some private sunbathing.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit (set on a timer)

Outside the lovely new oval 8 metre pool, with separate children's pool, takes pride of place amongst terraces and gardens. The whole area is nicely furnished for relaxing and soaking up the Cala D'or sunshine. A brick built barbecue is to be found on the rear dining terrace adjacent to the kitchen for those meals 'al fresco'.

Casa Marion is a delightful family villa in Cala D’or, Majorca is so close to all the amenities of the resort and where the hiring of a car is not a necessity. With so many activities nearby, including some scenic walking on offer, it is the perfect destination for any holiday goer. Given the popularity of all of our villas in central Cala D'or, Majorca this season, early booking is highly recommended.

Although this beautiful villa is only a 'hop' away from the shops and many friendly restaurants, it is peaceful, private and altogether delightful. The 3 closest beaches are picture-postcard pretty and only a short walk away, perfect for snorkling in the crystal clear water (you will see many fish). The marina is also within walking distance although a taxi is only 5/7 euros. The rep is always on hand with a wealth of local info and recommendations. the 4th bedroom is 'Granny Annexe' style and perfect for teenagers. Find out about the local markets on Weds and Sat, well worth a visit. We loved it and would definately return.

Casa Marions is a beautiful villa in a great location. Its just a short stroll from Cala D'or beach and the shops but just far enough away from any noise. The villa was spotless when we arrived and the pool was cleaned many times during the week. Although we had villas on either side of us, the pool area was very private and spacious. Kathyrn the rep was very welcoming and helpful. The villa is on the marina side of cala dor which meant it was only about 8 mins walk down to some really nice restaurants and shops. We would definately return to Casa Marions and are planning another holiday already.

A fantastic family villa with excellent contemporary accommodation, this Cala D’or villa is in a sought after location within a quiet, residential area with the benefit of being only a few minutes’ walk to the bars, restaurants and beaches that this smart, fashionable resort has to offer.

Bedrooms
On the ground floor is the first of the air-conditioned bedrooms being an attractive twin with walk-in shower room. The staircase from the hallway leads to the first floor level and here are three further bedrooms. The delightful master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom complete with walk-in shower and the bedroom has direct access to a shaded terrace and overlooks the pool. A further double bedroom, again with king-size bed, and a comfortable twin bedroom, both with their own shower room en-suite, make this villa an ideal choice for both families and groups of friends.

Living and dining
Off the main ground floor hall is the attractive and comfortably furnished lounge/dining room, which features regional digital satellite TV and DVD player and a large, modern dining table.

Kitchen
The modern, fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, vitro ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate utility room with washing machine.

Outside
The covered terrace overlooks the pool and has a range of garden furniture that provides a delightful spot in which to relax or dine al-fresco.

The 10 metre pool takes pride of place and features Roman steps allowing shallow entry for children and adults. The spacious terraces offer a combination of sun and shade, which can be enjoyed from the comfort of one of the poolside loungers. The pool is linked to a series of solar panels, which will raise the temperature of the water by a few degrees year round.

An outside staircase gives access to the master bedroom terrace and from there onto the roof top patio of the villa, ideal for the private sun worshipper and also has glorious views over much of Cala D'or.

"Magnificent, the best ever and splendid" are just three of the superlatives being used by our clients returning from this very gracious, family house. We are simply delighted to be able to offer you this luxury beach villa in Cala D’or and suggest very early booking to avoid disappointment.

A kilometre from the entrance to Cala D'or, the beautiful Villa Es Jardi is set in open countryside with wonderful panoramic views towards Cala D'or. Everything is on a grand scale. Explore the countryside by foot or, if you are feeling adventurous, try some cycling in Majorca.

The entrance hall with cloakroom and WC leads into a vast square lounge with two wall to ceiling patio windows, one onto the front terrace and pool and one onto the side terrace so that morning or afternoon it catches the sun all day. The lounge with satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD Player leads into the elegant dining room with large picture windows and from here an inner hall takes you to the laundry with washing machine. The kitchen is again very spacious and is fitted in the most beautiful units and tiles and comes complete with dishwasher and microwave. There is a breakfast area and a Mallorcan feature fireplace.

Off the hall are two of the five bedrooms all having en-suite facilities in differing colour schemes. There is a twin with full bathroom en-suite and a double bedroom with full bathroom en-suite also.

Villa Es Jardi is a delightful property, very secluded and totally private situated in a quiet lane outside Cala D'Or (car hire is essential). The property is located behind a gated entrance with lots of parking space.
Inside the Villa is funished and decorated in traditional Spanish style. It has a lovely new bedroom extension in a more modern style but still in keeping with the house. All bedrooms have their own en-suite so perfect for large groups. The lounge is lovely with all the windows thrown open. Our favourite part of the villa though had to be the outside - the grounds are huge and the pool patio extremely spacious. It's a wonderful place for eating al fresco or
just enjoying a drink after an evening out. One small criticism; the sunbeds cannot be adjusted so if like me you like to sit and read you'll probably have to sit on one of the chairs instead. Guest/Visitors book would be really helpful here to leave tips and information eg you need at least two bags of coals for the barbecue. Overall this is a lovely villa, a real gem.

Villa El Delfin is ideally situated on the Cala Esmerelda peninsular in the most sought after residential area, only a short walk into central Cala D'or and a few minutes stroll from the two lovely beaches of Cala Gran and Esmerelda where you can partake in numerous activities from sailing to some relaxing walking in Majorca.

This Cala D’or beach villa offers very comfortable accommodation in a most convenient location. A gated driveway leads onto the extended front terraced area and located here is the 8 metre private pool with steps into the shallow end for children.

The entrance door opens into the hallway and leads into the most comfortably furnished lounge area with feature stone chimney, satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player. Patio doors open from here onto the pool terrace. Off from the lounge is the first of the bedrooms, an air-conditioned pretty twin with full bathroom en-suite. An air-conditioned double bedroom, again with full bathroom en-suite is located on this level also. Adjacent to the lounge is the new dining room with doors leading from here to a covered terraced area and, along with the brick built barbeque, is ideal for outside dining.

The well fitted kitchen leads off from the dining room and offers dishwasher and microwave. A washing machine is located in an outside laundry.

Stairs lead from the rear of the lounge to the first floor and here is a second lounge, again with satellite TV (limited channels) and the lounge has pretty stonework decoration. A door leads onto a terrace with outside table and chairs, an ideal spot to sit and relax and enjoy the super sea views.

Off from this second lounge is an air-conditioned double bedroom with doors onto a small terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a small Jacuzzi bath and arch shape windows with lovely sea views.

Two pretty further air-conditioned twin bedrooms, both having bathroom en-suite, are located on this level also.

Our very popular villa Los Dos Pinos is just ideal for families of all age groups and is situated in the residential area of Cala Esmerelda, just 10 minutes’ walk from the beaches of Cala Gran, Esmerelda and the centre of Cala D'or where you can try a number of activities and some terrific walking in Majorca.

This Cala Esmeralda villa is comfortably furnished throughout. The first of the two lounges is furnished in soft pink whilst the second lounge/dining room has a large TV with satellite facility (limited channels) and DVD player. The kitchen is well fitted and comes complete with dishwasher and microwave.

On this ground floor level also is the master double bedroom plus two pretty twin bedrooms with air-conditioning. Two attractive bathrooms service this area. There is wi-fi facility at this villa, please bring your own computer.

Climb the elegant staircase to the villas first floor level where there is an air-conditioned large twin bedded room with bathroom en-suite, plus a further air-conditioned double bedroom also with en-suite facilities. This accommodation is just ideal for a second family sharing this large comfortable villa.

Outside the kidney-shaped pool is situated amongst sun terraces to the rear of the property, affording greater privacy. A table tennis table is located here also for your added enjoyment. Villa La Esquina is a popular choice within our collection of villas in Cala d'or, Majorca and is an ideal family villa being only minutes’ walk from the local shops and restaurants. The Cala d'or and Cala Gran beaches are again within an easy walk of the villa.

Next door to our villa Belmonte, the entrance to this Cala D’or villa is accessed over a small garden and into a hallway. From here, the villa's kitchen is well equipped and has breakfast table and chairs. On this level also is a cloakroom with W.C.

Off from the hallway is the lounge/dining room which has a large windows overlooking the garden and pool area of La Esquina. This room is furnished with a comfortable leather suite and there is a modern glass dining table with wrought iron chairs. There is a satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player for your enjoyment.

On the ground floor level of villa La Esquina, are two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. On the first floor is the master bedroom of the villa. This has a full bathroom en-suite and a glazed terrace with sofa for sitting and relaxing. From this upstairs terrace, stairs lead down to the pool area.

The pool is set within the pretty and mature gardens of this lovely family villa and there is outside dining furniture and a barbeque for those meals al-fresco.

Villa Casa Belmonte is probably the most popular Majorca villa rental in our programme. Centrally situated in a quiet, high quality residential area, this Cala D’or villa is still conveniently located so close to the Cala D'or beach where you can try some excellent sailing in Majorca. The shops, restaurants and nightlife are just a 3 minute stroll away but this is no ordinary holiday villa as it is the owner’s private home for most of the year; it is the perfect property for your luxury Cala D’or holiday. The owner's cats are in residence in the garage, but are well looked after by a neighbour.

You enter the house through an attractive entrance hall and are immediately greeted with a homely feel. Ahead is the most comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with feature fireplace, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and large patio doors onto the rear terrace and pool area. The well fitted kitchen comes complete with microwave and in the circular tower there is a breakfast area. There is also a washing machine for your added convenience.

Off from the hall are two pretty air-conditioned bedrooms, one twin and one double separated by the first of the villa's bathrooms. Stairs lead to the first floor and the air-conditioned master double bedroom, which has full bathroom, with separate shower cubicle, en-suite. Villa Marques is a superb villa with an excellent location as is set only 60m from the sandy beach of Cala Gran and 200 metres from Cala D’Or centre that offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, shops and boutiques. In Cala D’Or area there are several sandy coves, you can practice water sports or take the glass bottom boat and visit the beautiful south-east coast of Majorca with its lovely sandy coves, charming fishing ports such as Porto Petro, Porto Colom or even the natural Park of Mondragó. The exclusive marina of Cala D’Or is 3 minutes drive and within 8 minutes drive direction Porto Colom you will find the golf course “Vall D’Or Golf”.
The villa

Villa Marques is a superb villa arranged in two levels offering a high standard accommodation; airy rooms full of natural light with comfortable furniture that invites you to relax. The villa boasts parquet floor on the ground floor and air conditioning/ heating in all the house.

The ground floor offers an airy and comfortable living room with a lovely two-sided wood-burning stove (living room and kitchen), access to the terrace and dining room with a pretty dining table. The kitchen is very spacious, well equipped with an island and a breakfast table. From the kitchen there is access to the utility room. A guest toilet and a lovely double bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the front complete the ground floor. The first floor boast a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, dressing area, access to a large terrace overlooking the pool area and a full equipped en-suite bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi and a separate hydro massage shower. There is also a twin and a double bedroom both with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and access to its own terrace.

Outside there is a small garden at the front of the villa. The back is relaxing and quiet with a partially covered terrace overlooking the pool with a teak table and chairs to enjoy lovely “al fresco” meals; a barbecue area with a portable barbecue and a sink. The lovely pool with Roman steps (7m x 4m. Depth. 0.60min. 1.60 max) is surrounded by lawned areas with sun beds; the ideal spot to spend the long and peaceful summery days. The villa is completely fenced and there is a side drive way to park two or three cars.

Villa La Caleta Description

Built in traditional Ibizan style this villa is ideally situated for all types of luxury family holidays in Majorca. Located on the water’s edge overlooking Cala Gran, villa La Caleta is just a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach and no more than 5 minutes to the resort centre.
You enter the villa down a short path from its gated entrance to the front door and once inside you cannot help but be impressed with the spacious open plan design to the villa. The hall, which has cloakroom with WC, leads into the formal dining area and the most comfortably furnished lounge has large patio doors out onto the front terrace giving a light, airy feel to this living accommodation. A feature fireplace, digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player compliment the facilities and the well fitted kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and there is also a washing machine located on the lower floor for your added convenience.

Off from the dining area is an air-conditioned double bedded room with ceiling fan and shower room with WC en-suite. An inner hall then leads to two further air conditioned spacious bedrooms. The first is a twin with a most attractive full bathroom en-suite, whilst the second is the master double bedroom with patio doors onto a side terrace with sea views and full bathroom en-suite.

Stairs lead down to the final bedroom, which is also air-conditioned and can be reached either from the inside of the villa or via the patio doors on the lower terrace. This is a pretty three bedded room, which has bathroom adjacent and direct access to the lower terrace and gardens.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit and centrally heated for early and late season lets.

Once outside this villa's superb position really comes into play. The well-furnished top terrace, which has been recently re-tiled, leads from the lounge and has lovely views down the lawned garden to the pool and sea beyond and there is a new brick built barbeque for those glorious meals al-fresco. At the bottom of the garden and close to the sea is the 8 metre kidney-shaped pool, which has a surrounding small terrace area.

The rocky shoreline and sea below is well screened off by a wall but can be reached by a gated entrance. Direct access is then available to the sea via a ladder for those clients who wish to swim or snorkel in the Cala below. There are also some fantastic opportunities for a spot of scenic walking in Majorca.

A really special and centrally situated property, this is one our finest villas in Cala D’or, Majorca. Early booking is highly recommended.
