Villa Sloane is conveniently situated only a few steps away from the highly fashionable beach of Soros and only a 15 min drive from the town of Antiparos. This beautiful three-bedroom holiday villa is true to the Cycladic architecture, built as a complex of white cubes put closely together to resist the winds.
The main entrance of the house opens to a lovely open sky patio with a comfortable lounge and colorful flowers. Although not ample in space, the interior is airy and comfortable, decorated traditionally with elegant finishing. The house has been built in three levels, with one bedroom on each level to make the best out of the available space. All three bedrooms are equally spacious, featuring a blend of modern and traditional Cycladic furnishings. Also, all three lead to terraces.The bathrooms are fully modern.The living room is bright and cozy, decorated with sophisticated simplicity featuring a charming handmade coffee table. A fully equipped open plan kitchen serves the adjacent dining area.
The backside of the house features a second terrace with stunning views to the Aegean. An inviting shaded lounge area leads to a Mediterranean garden and a path that twists and turns all the way down to the sea.

The design is such that the entire complex can be easily organised and run either as one establishment capable of accommodating comfortably some 25 people or alternatively, it can easily be organised as two completely separate and private villas, each with their own adjoining discrete guest houses. The buildings are set within a garden designed and laid down in 2008 by Philippe Niez an eminent French gardener.

The villa is located within its own grounds on a south facing, low lying peninsula of a small Aegean island called Antiparos, which lies at the very centre of the Cyclades archipelago of some 30 islands south of Athens, Greece. The peninsula has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. Cycladic islands have different personalities and all can be reached within a few hours, at the most, from Antiparos.

Antiparos is known for its simplicity, natural beauty, isolated beaches, safety and understatement. As an international destination it is extremely popular as a discrete family retreat.

Holiday Villas and Rentals in Antiparos

The island of Antiparos is located southwest of Paros, from which is divided by a shallow channel, of approximately 4n.m. wide, and 4,2m deep. The island covers an area of 35sq.klm, and because of its long shape it has 57klm of beautiful coasts.

The land to the north is flat and fertile while small hills rise from the centre to the west, with Profitis Helias (300m.) being highest. The western coasts of the island are smooth and sandy, while the east ones are rough with small bays. The island is surrounded by numerous smaller islands.

To the north: Kavouras, Diplo and the rocks Kokkinos Tourlos and Mavros Tourlos . In the northern entrance of the channel we come upon the Magrines, Rematonisi (owned by the family of Goulandri) and Saliagas with the lighthouse and the remains of a prehistoric settlement.

Northwest we can find the biggest one, Despotiko, which together with Antiparos creates a leeward bay, and a little further more Stroggilo. All these islands except Rematonisi, are uninhabited and some of them are used as pastureland.
