Villa Casa Francesca would not feel out of place on Malibu beach! Located in a residential area of Port de Pollensa, this Pollensa holiday villa is just 250 yards from the seafront and approximately 25 minutes’ walk to the centre of the Port.

Architecturally designed in a most modern and gracious style and centrally heated for winter lets, we are seldom offered such a beautiful luxury villa in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca with these exceptional facilities so close to the beach and centre of things.

This family villa with its own pool is reached via a few steps up to the porch entrance and sunken garden. There is also a ramp for wheelchair access. Leading off from the spacious central hall is a cloakroom with WC. Located here also is the first of the pretty twin bedrooms, which has been especially designed to accommodate a wheelchair and this has a spacious shower room (wet room) again ideal for wheelchair users.

Leading forward from the hall is the very large L-shaped lounge/dining room, which is most opulently furnished. Floor to ceiling patio doors lead from both the dining area and lounge onto the rear terrace and pool. There is a TV with digital satellite facility (limited English channels) and DVD Player for your added enjoyment. The kitchen is bright and modern and superbly tiled and offers dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors again lead from the kitchen onto the terrace and an excellent outside dining facility. Leading off from the kitchen is a utility room, which houses a washing machine.

A feature staircase leads up from the hall to the first floor level. Here are sited two very pretty air-conditioned bedrooms, one twin and one double, each with full bathroom en-suite and patio doors lead onto an individual side terrace. The master double bedroom is a major feature of the first floor; it is air-conditioned and has dressing area, large sumptuous bathroom en-suite and separate walk-in shower. Patio doors lead out onto a spacious and most attractive terrace, which overlook the pool and garden.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside, the patio and terraces are set in tropical lawned gardens and are a real suntrap. The 8 metre pool, set between the house and barbeque kitchen, has steps down to the shallow end for children. The ornate barbeque kitchen is a focal point of the outside area and makes living and dining al-fresco a real delight. There is also an outside shower for use by the pool.

There are many things to do in and around the area, for example why not try some sailing in Majorca or some scenic walking through the countryside.
