Casa Dos is conveniently situated amongst pretty gardens close to our El Solaz villa and sharing the same lovely owner. This villa is in a quiet residential area, just behind Port de Pollensa and the centre of the town with all its attractions a mere 15 minute stroll away making it a perfect destination for all types of holidays in Pollensa.

This delightful property is reached over terraces and gardens and past the 9 metre pool, which takes pride of place to the front of the property, has a shallow end for children and catches the sun all day long. There is a brick built barbecue for your added enjoyment and the whole area has been furnished to ensure living and dining out here a real pleasure.

The L-shaped lounge/dining room overlooks the pool and gardens and is fully glazed in a conservatory style. This affords a very light and airy feel to the living accommodation, which is most attractively furnished and has satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD Player.

Patio doors open out onto the pool terrace and to the rear the open plan kitchen is well fitted and comes complete with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. On this ground floor level also is the first of the two air-conditioned bedrooms (set on a timer,) a spacious twin with full bathroom en-suite.


Stairs lead from the rear of the living room to the first floor and the large master double bedroom, which is well furnished and has shower with WC en-suite. Patio doors lead to a spacious L-shaped balcony which overlooks the front of the house and pool below.
