Possibly one of, and if not the finest villas to rent in Port de Pollensa. Villas such as this rarely ever come onto the rental market and we are delighted to have Villa C'an Pedro in our Pollensa collection.

This Puerto Pollensa villa is situated on a large corner plot in a quiet exclusive residential area known as Llenaire, just 250 yards from the seafront and approximately 25 minutes’ walk to the centre of the Port area. Opposite to our incredibly popular Casa Francesca this beautiful property is the private home of Francesca's owner. Designed in an even more gracious style it is most opulently furnished with marble tiling throughout, making this a true luxury Majorca villa.

A few steps lead up from the gated entrance to the front door and from here you walk into the most impressive hall, the centrepiece of which is an imposing staircase leading to the first floor. There is also a cloakroom with WC for your added convenience. Leading off from the right is a most comfortably furnished air-conditioned L shaped lounge with both leather and fabric sofas, digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player. Large French windows open out onto a beautifully furnished covered porch, pool and lawned area. To the left of the lounge is the formal elegant air-conditioned dining room and on the opposite side of the hall comes the superbly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and oven and this has a fitted dining area to one side. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry with washing machine and dryer, walk in pantry and exit onto the back terrace, where the brick built barbeque is located.

The feature staircase leads up to the first floor and the four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. The first is a double with full bathroom en-suite and patio doors open out onto a small terrace. Bedrooms two and three are twin bedded rooms, both having patio doors onto a terrace and these share the beautifully fitted family bathroom. Finally, the lovely master bedroom suite has double bed, full bathroom en-suite with bath, walk-in shower and separate WC and bidet. Patio doors open out from this very spacious accommodation onto a small terrace.

The very large billiard room with wooden flooring is also situated on this first floor level and has full size billiard table for your added enjoyment. There is also a sofa bed in this room for an extra person if required, although there are no formal bedroom fittings in this room.

The house is air-conditioned throughout (set on a timer) for your added benefit.

Outside the superb 8 metre kidney shaped pool, with shallow end for children is situated to the corner of the villa and is surrounded by high walled hedges and spacious terraces, which are well furnished in either teak or wrought iron. This is an ideal venue for relaxing or dining al fresco. A lawned area surrounds the house except at the rear where the barbeque is situated. It isn’t difficult to see why guests find it tough to tear themselves away from this stunning villa but if you do, you will discover some truly fantastic opportunities available for your delight, for example why not try your hand at a bit of sailing in Majorca.
