Villa C’an Bernardo is most conveniently situated in the exclusive Llenaire residential area, an excellent location for holiday villas, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea front on the outskirts of Port de Pollensa. The centre of the port is a comfortable 20 minute walk down the sea front passing many bars and restaurants on the way. Here you can find a huge variety of things to do; we recommend you try some fantastic sailing in Majorca.

The Puerto Pollensa villa is reached up a short gated drive through mature lawned gardens on two sides overlooked by shaded sun terraces which have been so designed that at least one of them catches the sun during each part of the day. The house is entered via a spacious hall which has a cloakroom with WC and sweeping staircase to a galleried landing. To the right is the most comfortably furnished lounge, which has a white suite and has satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD Player. An arch then leads you through to the formal dining room, which faces the rear of the villa and the swimming pool and gardens.

The well fitted kitchen runs the width of the house and has its own comfortable seating area, breakfast bar unit, dishwasher and microwave. The adjacent pantry and laundry has a washing machine for your added convenience. Patio doors open out from the kitchen to a very large covered terrace, which runs the length of the villa. Here there is outside dining for eight and a brick built barbeque nearby for those meals al-fresco. This lovely area overlooks the pool and rear gardens so that children can be supervised at all times.

Upstairs are four air-conditioned bedrooms and these consist of two twin bedded rooms, a double and these share the full family bathroom. The master double bedroom boasts bathroom en-suite.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside the villa offers lawned gardens, spacious well-furnished sun terraces and a delightful 9 metre swimming pool with Roman steps into a shallow end for children. C'an Bernardo has the added benefit of a perfect location, close to all the amenities of Port de Pollensa and is a great choice for a family holiday in Majorca.
