The villa is firstly approached up a short gated private drive off from the Lluc road and is cleverly shielded by gardens and rock features so as to ensure maximum privacy. You enter the house into a spacious air-conditioned living/dining room with large patio doors leading to the front terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. This area is most comfortably furnished and has digital satellite TV (limited English channels). Leading off from here is the bright, modern well fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and there is a washing machine in the utility for your added convenience.

Next to the kitchen is the pretty 'snug/sitting room' and leading off from here are two of the villas three air-conditioned bedrooms. The first pretty twin has full family bathroom adjacent, whilst the second twin bedroom has full bathroom en-suite and patio doors onto the front pool terrace. An inner hall leads to the delightful master twin bedroom, which is situated on the opposite side to the living room and has a most attractive full bathroom en-suite.

The location of this property and grounds are simply delightful with the terrace just designed for the outside living. It is tastefully furnished for sitting and relaxing in the sun and in the same area is a wonderful barbeque kitchen, which also has shower and WC for use around the pool. This area is the focal point for those wonderful meals al-fresco.

The star attraction of the house however is the superb 10 metre swimming pool, which boasts a separate Jacuzzi and steps leading into a shallow end for children. This luxury villa with its pool also has a chequer board deck, lawns and beautiful gardens surrounding the pool area and there is a table tennis table for your added enjoyment.
