What a very grand and gracious house this is, situated just off the old town of Pollensa by-pass on a very private plot surrounded by stunning large, lawned and mature sub-tropical gardens and high hedges. The old town is no more than a 10-15 minute walk, ideally situated for your Majorca villa holiday if you do not want to use your car in the evening.

Villa C'as Teo is just made for outside living and dining. Few houses in the Villa Select programme have such spacious terraces, both open and covered and furnished to a very high standard. A superb feature of this area is the barbeque kitchen with large refectory table.

Inside this beautiful private home you cannot help but be impressed with the opulence and style that the owner has provided. The attractive hall has a downstairs bathroom and leading off on this level is the lounge/dining room with feature fireplace, flat screen satellite TV (all the main English channels will be added during 2012), a DVD player and air-conditioning. Doors lead out to the covered dining terraces, whilst from the rear of the dining area the beautifully fitted kitchen boasts dishwasher and microwave. There is a washing machine in the garage.

The large staircase which leads up to the bedroom accommodation, consists of a most attractive twin bedroom, a pretty double bedroom and a further double with king-size bed. A second family bathroom services these rooms. Finally the very large and gracious master double bedroom suite has patio doors onto a large terrace with lovely views towards Puig Maria. It has dressing area and very elegant full bathroom en-suite.

There are few villas available for rental with such large lawned gardens as C'as Teo. The lovely private 8 metre pool takes pride of place and is surrounded by sun terraces and a pretty gazebo. At the bottom of the garden the owner has created an ornamental sitting area, which is an ideal spot for drinks before dinner.

If you want to explore further afield from the villa then why not try some excellent sailing or cycling in Majorca; both come highly recommended. Mallorca is also famous for its Bird Watching and walking and in 2010 the Serra de Tramuntana was awarded UNESCO World Heritage status, Cultural Landscape. The wine and gastronomy really has to be tried and appreciated. There is so much to do in Pollensa and Mallorca generally. Just ask our sales specialists or your 24hr support team in resort. N.B. This villa will be upgraded over the coming three seasons. For 2012 WiFi will be provided (from June) as will all the main English TV channels. For 2013 the Kitchen will be upgraded as will the master bedroom en-suite. For 2014 the two further bathrooms will be upgraded.

Simply an outstanding Pollensa villa ideally situated with private gardens yet close to the Old Town of Pollensa. A slight hum of traffic noise may be heard, however, the garden is mature and private.
Villas in Pollensa old town are in high demand due to the wide variety of activities on offer around the area, for example there are some excellent chances for some scenic walking in Majorca. So to ensure you have your perfect holiday in old town Pollensa, book early to avoid disappointment!
