This lovely secluded villa is situated in the exclusive La Font area, just one mile, or a 20 minute walk, from the old town of Pollensa. It is set in woodland with lovely views towards the mountains. The port of Pollensa is approximately 10 minutes drive.

The pretty two bedroom family villa is lovingly cared for by it's local owner and has just benefited from a lovely new modern kitchen with all new appliances. It offers peace and privacy and a very high standard of accommodation. The peaceful, countryside location ensures a relaxing Pollensa holiday for all, a very popular villa, with clients returning year on year.

From the private driveway the villa is approached via a couple of small steps which lead up to the front door, which in turn opens into a small hall and then into a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge with traditional furniture, a feature fireplace, a new flat screen TV with digital satellite TV (this allows you to view ALL the main English channels) and a DVD player. Patio doors lead from here onto a bamboo covered patio on which sits a new comfortable sofa and arm chairs, from where you can enjoy the secluded garden.

The Kitchen leads from the lounge through an arch. It is a very bright and airy kitchen with modern units and has a dishwasher, microwave and breakfast table for 4. A washing machine is available in the utility room across the courtyard.

An inner hall leads to a pretty twin bedroom with full bathroom adjacent, whilst the master double bedroom has full bathroom en-suite and doors lead from this bedroom onto a patio. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and are decorated in local pretty fabrics.

The pool area and gardens offer total peace and privacy and to one side is the splendid covered barbecue kitchen, which boasts full barbecue, sink, worktops and a shady dining area for those meals al-fresco. Spacious lawns and terraces are well furnished for sitting, relaxing and soaking up the sun, whilst the 7 metre pool with shallow end for children takes pride of place in the centre of these excellent outdoor facilities. There is an outdoor shower so you can enjoy the pool without having to trapse indoors.

If you want to explore further afield from the villa then why not try some excellent sailing or cycling in Majorca; both come highly recommended. Mallorca is also famous for its Bird Watching and walking and in 2010 the Serra de Tramuntana was awarded UNESCO World Heritage status, Cultural Landscape.
