It is hard to believe that this superb 'finca style' property appeared in the very first brochure that we ever produced some 28 years ago. Since that time however the owner has extended and refurbished the villa and redesigned the beautiful pool complex. Situated in the exclusive La Font area of Pollensa and just a 15 minute walk into the old town, Villa La Sort is surrounded by large tropical gardens, fruit trees, extensive lawns and a fishpond. There is so much space that it is a tremendous venue for families with young children.

This Mallorcan family villa is reached via a gated drive and up to a large parking area. Covered terraces then lead to the most impressive front entrance, which in turn opens out into a vaulted ceiling entrance hall full of old artefacts and stonework. Leading off from here is the enormous lounge/dining room with beautiful woodwork, feature fireplace, digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD. For those that like to keep in touch with the outside world whilst away, internet connection is available; please bring your own computer. There is a further comfortably furnished snug, which has air-conditioning/heating. The breakfast/kitchen is well fitted and comes complete with dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine and has a door leading to the barbeque patio and pool area for easy access. On this ground floor level also is the first of the four air-conditioned bedrooms, a rather grand double with full family bathroom adjacent.

An impressive pine staircase then leads up to the first floor and two further spacious twin bedrooms, a pretty double and two attractive full family bathrooms. The owner has used local Mallorcan fabrics throughout these rooms and the woodwork and tiling is superb.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned/heated for your added benefit and the villa is also centrally heated for off-season rentals.

Outside there is a centrally heated covered barbeque kitchen and dining area, which has sliding glazed doors for the cooler season and the most beautiful 10 metre pool has a built in Jacuzzi section and steps into a shallow end for children. Surrounding the pool are delightfully furnished sun terraces for lazing and relaxing under the Mallorcan sunshine and these overlook colourful gardens, just the perfect place for peace and privacy.

Port de Pollensa and its beaches are just a 10 minute drive away and with the nearby old town, Villa La Sort is the perfect choice for families who wish to enjoy the comforts of a really exclusive Mallorca holiday villa with its own private pool.

For parties of 12 there is a seperate Casita accommodating an additional four passengers, there are two twin bedrooms each with there own shower room en-suite. This can be made available at an additional charge, for enquiries please contact us.
