Villa Ignacio Description

A truly romantic hideaway! Situated along a country lane, this charming Mallorcan villa for two, is set in a peaceful and private setting with a gorgeous garden with it's own lemon trees which you are welcome to pick to accompany your favourite drink. The villa offers you beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the famous Puig de Maria Pollensa Mountain in the distance from the veranda and the lovely pool. You are hidden away in the countryside yet only a few miles from the shops, bars and restaurants of Old Town Pollensa and a short drive from the beaches of Port de Pollensa.

The entrance to the villa leads into an open-plan living area with small lounge. The living area is air-conditioned and with the open plan design of this villa, this cools down the whole villa very effectively.

The Bedroom is set off from the living area and is a pretty twin bedroom. Next to this, and also off from the lounge, is the shower room.

The modern kitchen area is open plan with the lounge and has a small dining table and is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside there is a shady, covered terrace which runs along the front of the house looking out across the lawn to the countryside beyond. Your own private swimming pool lies to one side of this terrace and boasts lovely views over the countryside to the tree-clad mountains. The poolside terrace is fringed by lemon and lime trees and offers a wonderful place to soak up the sun.

If you want to explore further afield from the villa then why not try some excellent sailing or cycling in Majorca; both come highly recommended. Mallorca is also famous for its Bird Watching and walking and in 2010 the Serra de Tramuntana was awarded UNESCO World Heritage status, Cultural Landscape.
