Villa El Madrava is a truly fantastic villa in the Puerto Pollensa area. Set in an acre of open countryside two miles from Pollensa and less than 10 minutes from Port de Pollensa, this beautiful house offers total peace and privacy for the most discerning of clients.

Finished in local stone to a most attractive design, its carpenter owner has made much use of local wood throughout.

Taking pride of place amidst the villa's large lawned gardens is a 10 metre kidney-shaped swimming pool with Jacuzzi section for your added enjoyment. The garden is complemented by attractive stone terraces, fishponds, a large barbeque kitchen and a table tennis table.

The interior is reached via an impressive covered front entrance and into a large well-furnished lounge/dining room, which runs the complete length of the house. There is a stone feature fireplace, Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English channels, DVD player and Sony Playstation 2. Patio doors lead out onto an attractive covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, which is an ideal focal point for dining al-fresco. The villa has internet access; please bring your own computer. The large well fitted kitchen comes complete with dishwasher and microwave and there is a washing machine in the utility area. On this level also are two pretty air-conditioned bedrooms, a twin with shower and WC en-suite and a double with full bathroom adjacent. There is also a further full family bathroom. Stairs then lead up to the first floor where a spacious double and twin, both air-conditioned, are to be found. The fourth of the villas pretty bathrooms is adjacent to these rooms.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Puerto Pollensa holidays are becoming increasingly more popular. With so much to do in this fantastic area, from enjoying some excellent food and lazing on the beach to enjoying some wonderful sailing and scenic walking in Majorca, it isn’t difficult to see why this is so. This has resulted in an increase in demand for holiday lettings, not just here but throughout Majorca. This Puerto Pollensa property is simply one of our favourites. It was fully booked last season therefore we highly recommend an early reservation for next summer.
