A really pretty stone-clad villa set in over an acre of land and surrounded by stone walled fields in a lovely rural setting. The bay and beaches of Port de Pollensa are no more than 10 minutes by car offering many activities including some excellent cycling in Majorca. Villa El Cel is reached down a private drive off a sleepy lane in an area dotted with beautiful country houses.

The front entrance is reached over a covered terrace, which overlooks the pool and is a perfect spot for sitting, reading and dining al-fresco in perfect peace and privacy. Inside the compact accommodation offers every amenity. The most comfortably furnished air-conditioned lounge/dining room has feature stonewall, digital satellite TV (all the main English programmes), a DVD player and Sony Playstation 2. The wood burning stove is available for your use for early and late season occupancy. WiFi internet connection is also available, (please bring your own computer!).

The open plan kitchen is well fitted and has a dishwasher and microwave and there is a washing machine in the utility room. On this level also are two air-conditioned twin bedrooms, both dressed in local fabrics and these share a wonderful full family bathroom.

Stairs lead from the lounge to an enclosed mezzanine floor with sloping tiled roof and the third bedroom. This is a pretty air-conditioned double which has a shower room with WC en-suite.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your added benefit.

Outside the house faces away from any neighbouring properties towards the bay and so catches the sun all day. The lovely 8 metre pool has steps into a shallow end for children and is surrounded by well-furnished sun terraces and there is a table tennis table for your added enjoyment. There is a brick built barbeque for those meals outdoors in what is a most glorious setting.

If you want to explore further afield from the villa then why not try some excellent sailing or cycling in Majorca; both come highly recommended. Mallorca is also famous for its Bird Watching and walking and in 2010 the Serra de Tramuntana was awarded UNESCO World Heritage status, Cultural Landscape. The wine and gastronomy really has to be tried and appreciated. There is so much to do in Pollensa and Mallorca generally. Just ask our sales specialists or your 24hr support team in resort.
