This luxury villa in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca with its own pool is set in some 2 acres of ground, just a mile from the Old Town of Pollensa, an excellent spot for some walking in Majorca, and less than 10 minutes by car from Port de Pollensa and its beaches.

Finished in local stone throughout, Villa C'an Tatoli was the late Spike Milligan's favourite holiday destination. The spacious galleried entrance hall is approached via a covered pergola. There is an attractive study whilst ahead is to be found the main dining room with its large patio doors onto the front terrace overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. This terrace is just designed for outdoor living and is well furnished with outside dining furniture, sun-beds and a brick built barbeque.

Off from the dining room is the well fitted breakfast/kitchen with stylish wooden units, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. On this level also is a comfortable stylish lounge with Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English channels) DVD Player, Sony Playstation 2 and feature fireplace. There is a shower and WC adjacent to the lounge.

On the opposite side of the house and off from the entrance hall is the first of the five air-conditioned bedrooms, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a twin with full bathroom boasting a sunken corner bath, adjacent.

A very grand wooden staircase takes you to the first floor gallery landing off from which are three further spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. These consist of two pretty double bedded rooms each with bathroom en-suite and a cheerful twin bedroom with bathroom adjacent. The villa is ideal for early and late season lets and winter rentals as there is an indoor plunge pool. The villa is also equipped with a small selection of gym equipment and a relaxing sauna.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside the large 10 metre private swimming pool with Jacuzzi takes pride of place to the front of the house, surrounded by spacious terraces, gardens, fruit orchards and lily ponds. During the months of April, May & October the Jacuzzi is heated for your added benefit.
