Villa Casa Llimpa Description
Villa Casa Llimpa has undergone a substantial makeover this winter, a NEW Poggenpol kitchen, Porcelonoca bathrooms, new flooring throughout, contemporary furniture and a fresh white interior and exterior paint job, all of the makeover is to be completed by the start of the season
We are really delighted to be able to offer this stunning villa in the much sought after area on the rocks of Punta Prima, located on the south coast of Menorca. A mini resort in its own right and boasts possibly one of the finest sandy beaches and Caribbean style turquoise seas in the area. There are a small selection of restaurants and a supermarket, whilst the nearby resorts of Binibeca and S'Algar are no more than a 10 minute drive away.
Villa Casa Llimpa is front line, and next door to our Villa Sa Cova. The villa boasts the most spectacular sea views and is perched in an elevated position above the rocks at the entrance to Punta Prima Bay; it is an excellent property for anyone looking for luxury holidays in Menorca. A short 5-7 minute walk brings you to the stunning beach and resort centre. Steps lead down from the service road to the front of this villa in Prima Punta, Menorca and you enter the house into a small circular hallway.
The property has been recently renovated and no expense has been spared when furnishing this property. An inner hall leads to a bunk bedded room and double bedroom, both having large picture windows to the front of the property opening the rooms up to the beautiful views that await you. These two rooms share an modern tiled family bathroom.
The lounge/dining room is a sheer delight and boasts the magnificent sea views from its floor to ceiling patio windows on two sides. The room is comfortably furnished and has a 50" TV with digital satellite (English Channels including BBC, Sky and many more) and DVD player. Doors fold open out onto the front terrace which is a magnet for sitting, relaxing or dining al-fresco. Off from the dining area is the Poggenpal kitchen which, whilst stretches the length of the room and offers modern appliances. A washing machine is located in the adjacent laundry.
An attractive open sided staircase leads up from the hall to the first floor and the master suite , a double bedroom with full bathroom en-suite and patio doors onto a large private balcony which captures the breath-taking panoramic views of the sea.
All bedrooms are air conditioned for your added benefit.
Steps lead down from the front terrace to the lower pool level where the 9 metre swimming pool with roman steps into a shallow end for children is situated. The pool is surrounded by a lawned area and ample terraces for soaking up the Menorca sunshine. A gated front entrance then leads across a public footpath to the rocks and sea below for those clients who like snorkelling and rock bathing. Take a trip along the coast, but rather than walk why not try cycling and discover even more captivating views of the Menorca coastline.

My husband and I have recently returned from Casa Llimpa in Menorca, as a returning client of Villa Select there was nothing to worry about, the villa was spotless and everything was in working order, although there were only two of us the villa would accommodate 6 people easily plenty of crockery, cutlery etc.
The villa overlooks the sea and also has a swimming pool which is a bonus. Having the use of Villa Select pool towels is useful too - less to carry in your luggage.
The welcome hamper is much appreciated when you have a late flight.
I have always been satisfied with Villa Select and this villa is one I would recommend to my friends without a doubt.

I would strongly recommend Casa Llimpa to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday right on the sea front with ideal walks around the area. It was only a 5 minute stroll into Punta Prima where there was a lovely selection of cafe's and supermarkets ideal for the slightly older traveller. We took my parents who couldn't fault either the villa or the location. My husband spent all afternoon snorkelling right off the rocks in front of the villa while I lazed by the pool overlooking the sea views...pure luxury. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed including a TV with English channels. We would certainly go back to Menorca, Punta Prima, and definately Casa Llimpa.

The Villa was superb, great position ideal for those seeking a quiet relaxing holiday but having the benefits of easy access to the local restaurants etc.
The villa was immaculate and well equipped, the information file was informative and well presented and of course Sharon being on hand if any further help or information was needed. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated

We have been to Punta Prima several times now and stayed at Sa Cova,but being a smaller party this time stayed at Casa Llimpa which has equally spectacular views in a quiet setting. A comfortable Villa with attentive staff should you need them.
