Perched high up in the most magnificent position at the end of the headland at Cala Galdana and with the most wonderful panoramic views of the bay and coastline of Menorca. Situated next door to a public viewing point, the owner has been incredibly lucky to build such a fine property in such a superb location. This is truly a fantastic addition to our range of large villas in Cala Galdana, Menorca.

The house has been superbly located that there is sea on two sides. The third side contains the magnificent 12 x 5 metre private saltwater swimming pool. Just minutes from your doorstep there are a range of things to do, and for the adrenaline junkies out there there are great opportunities to try some rock climbing on the Menorca cliffs.

As you walk through the main entrance and into the hall which has cloakroom and WC, you cannot help but feel impressed. The hall has high, cathedral domed ceiling and exquisite tiling. Ahead is the enormous lounge/dining room with Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player. Wireless internet connection is also available, please bring your own compatible computer. Patio doors open onto the front covered terrace and has large picture windows on all other sides with those incredible views. The stylish kitchen has elegant units and comes complete with dishwasher & microwave. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the bay. Off from the kitchen is a laundry with washing machine.

The large L-shaped covered terrace has views across the bay and forward out to sea and is an ideal place for living, dining, boat watching and star gazing. There is direct access to the pool and sun terraces and the whole area is carefully protected by its metre high perimeter fence without intrusion to the view.

An impressive staircase winds its way from the hall to the first floor where are to be found the four
air-conditioned bedrooms and a study. These are two guest twin bedrooms, each with a shower room and WC en-suite, these have picture windows and wonderful views. The first of the master bedrooms is also a twin and has full bathroom en-suite and direct access to the front upstairs covered patio, this is well furnished for those quiet moments away from the hustle and bustle of the pool. Next comes the study which TV (local channels only). This also has direct access to the front upstairs terrace. Finally the master double bedroom, situated on the opposite corner of the house has shower room en-suite and again direct access via patio doors to the upstairs terrace.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

If you require a cot during your stay, this can be arranged at a small charge of £35 per week and is supplied with the cot linen. A highchair can be rented at £22 per week.

If you enjoy a game of table tennis, we do have a table and bats available for hire. Pre-bookable before departure at £50 for 1 week and £75 for a two week rental.
