Villa Remos Description

Villa Remos is situated in the exclusive Binibeca Vell area of Southern Menorca, surrounded by extensive gardens of lawns and tropical palm trees giving it an air of peace and tranquillity, an ideal place to sit back and enjoy the wonderful sunshine on your perfect Menorca holiday. Or alternatively ample space for the kids to kick a football around should they wish to!

The bars, restaurants and beaches of Binibeca Vell are literally only a short stroll away.

Don't be fooled by the relatively functional exterior of the property, the interior has contemporary style and light colours have been used throughout the villa, to give a sense of space in every room. The property is accessed through the garden, into the entrance hall and then the dining and sitting area with some beautiful views to the pool and garden. The kitchen is also off the hall.

A short corridor leads to the first bathroom and three bedrooms - one a twin overlooking the pool, the second also a twin with patio doors to the garden and pool and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the garden area.

The property is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

Outside the covered terrace lies beside the pool and is the focal point for enjoying those balmy Menorcan evenings, dining al fresco and perhaps using the barbecue offered for your added enjoyment. Whether you want to catch some rays under the mid-day sun or spend a warm evening under the beautifully starry night, this is the place for you.

If you have never visited Binibeca Vell you are in for a surprising treat. Binibeca Vell area and the Binibeca Nou/Cala Torret/S'Atalaya area comprise the area known as Binibeca. The latter is the chiefly residential area around the sandy beach. In Cala Torret there is a supermarket and several nice restaurants overlooking the sea. There is also the Paupa diving centre there.

A kilometre away is the pretty fishing village of Binibeca Vell with its whitewashed buildings and pedestrianised streets. Here you will find restaurants, bars and shops and is a lovely place to sit and enjoy a coffee or something stronger. There is a warm, friendly family atmosphere and a sense of excitement as you explore the narrow paths that lead through to the beach.

It is a small resort, yet compliments a super family holiday well for evening promenades and the odd special treat of a meal out away from your villa.
