Villa Ronaldo Description

Villa Ronaldo is tucked away in a very quiet residential area of Javea and is situated on a large double plot, which includes swimming pool and a private tennis court. The swimming pool is set within a walled garden terrace to ensure complete privacy.

Villa Ronaldo is ideal for two families wishing to holiday in the same space, the property is spacious, and features an upside down design with the main living area on the first floor. A sweeping staircase takes you from the pool terrace to a large covered Naya and this is well furnished for outside dining. The view from here is out over the pool area to the valley with Javea in the distance. The Living room is comfortably furnished with satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD and feature fireplace and is reached from the Naya. To the rear of the Living room is the more formal Dining room leading into the fully fitted Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.

The inner hall then leads to the first of the 4 bedrooms; bedroom 1 is a very large air-conditioned twin with adjacent full bathroom. The Master double bedroom is also fitted with air-conditioning and is very spacious en-suite bathroom and a patio door leading onto a small terrace. There is a staircase leading down to the ground floor level which contains recreational area with kitchenette and 2 twin bedrooms both neither of which have air conditioning, but fans are provided for comfort. The third family bathroom is adjacent to these rooms. The Garage is located on this level with a table tennis table for your added enjoyment and also a washing machine.

Villa Ronaldo has a 9 metre swimming pool with steps into a shallow end for children and in one corner of the very spacious walled terraces there is a brick built barbecue for those al-fresco evening meals.

Villa Ronaldo is an ideal family villa and is perfect for larger groups looking for villa holidays in Javea, Costa Blanca. The Old Town of Javea is a great place to explore Javea’s ancient past and is a good location for a little bird watching. Old Town Javea is a short 10 minute drive from Villa Ronaldo, and the Port of Javea and beaches of Arenal are less than 15 minutes away by car. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes on the way into Javea and Jesus Pobre is 1 mile from the villa as is convenient with many bars, restaurants, mini-market and a bakery.

The tennis court is in good condition, but we advised that you bring your own tennis rackets and tennis balls.
