Villa Naranjitas Description

Villa Naranjitas is a traditional Javea villa within a large landscaped double plot in an exclusive neighbourhood on the lower slopes of the Montgo.

Guests enter Villa Naranjitas through a short gated drive leading to the parking area and the main entrance of the villa. The villa has a spacious hall opening out into a well-furnished Dining Room, which is separated from the Living Room by a stone arch. Two steps lead down from the Dining Room into the Living Room. The Living Room is comfortably furnished and features a fireplace, digital satellite TV (limited English channels) with DVD and CD player. Patio doors from the Living Room lead out to the front of the property, gardens and pool area. A barbecue and large dining table situated on the covered Naya, making it a perfect spot for al-fresco meals. Leading off from the Dining Room is a fully fitted Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.

An inner hall leads to 2 air-conditioned twin bedrooms; adjacent to the bedrooms is a shower room which also contains the washing machine. A stairway at the rear of the Living Room take guests to the first floor and the Master Bedroom Suite, the suite is spacious with twin beds en-suite bathroom. Patio doors off the Master Bedroom lead out onto a narrow terrace with wonderful views of the Javea valley below. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Villa Naranjitas’s gardens and grounds are simply delightful, very extensive and afford guests peace and privacy from every corner. Steps lead down from the Naya to the pool terrace and gardens below, access can also be gained from each side of the Villa Naranjitas. Villa Naranjitas pool is 10 metre long with a 1.25m shallow end to 2m in the deep end. The surrounding pool terrace is well-furnished and surrounded by extensive lawns. The gardens have been planted with a variety of tropical plants and unusual bushes.

The Old Town of Javea is a great place to explore Javea’s ancient past and is a good location for a little bird watching. Old Town Javea is a short 10 minute drive from Villa Naranjitas, and the Port of Javea and beaches of Arenal are less than 15 minutes away by car. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes on the way into Javea. Explore the countryside by foot but if you are feeling adventurous, why not try some challenging rock climbing in Costa Blanca and find the best spot in the area to enjoy the fantastic views that surround you.
